All our products are shipped directly from our logistics partner in Zurich with the Swiss Post. Delivery time is usually 3-4 working days. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant tracking details to track the status of your delivery.
Returns and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the goods must be in perfect condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
